Q: IF I DONT LIKE SOMETHING CAN I RETURN IT?

A: For Perishable Items : For orders placed in Pune, you can return whatever you are not happy with within 24 hours and the amount will be deducted from your bill. A partial return for a single product is not possible. For instance, if you are unhappy with 2 pieces of cucumber out of 5, you will have to return all 5 pieces.

For complaints received within 24 hours after the delivery pertaining to quality issues, a refund or a credit will be offered for the next delivery. Complaints received after 24 hours of delivery will be handled on a case by case basis since most perishable or tender vegetables don’t have a shelf life greater than that. We encourage people to send in complaints ideally at the time of delivery, or else soon after, so that refunds/credits can be easily processed.

For Non Perishable items : Should you be unsatisfied with the quality or if there is a product issue and wish to get a refund after receiving your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery and we will refund or credit you the amount that you wish you return.

You can write to us within 7 days after delivery in case there is an issue with the quality of the product. A refund or a credit will be offered for the same.

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: Yes.

For Pune:

Write to us on helloorganikkcare@gmail.com immediately to process the cancellation. In the event cancellation is requested once the delivery agent has reached the area, there will be a cancellation fee or delivery charge of Rs. 100 levied on the order.

Outside Pune:

You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped at no charge. Simply write to us on helloorganikkcare@gmail.com  to process the cancellation.

Q: IF I ORDER NOW, WHEN IS THE SOONEST I CAN RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

A: Delivering Fresh Organic Vegetables & Fruits 3 Days in a week. Place Order before 7:00 pm, a day prior to the Delivery days. If placed afterwards, it shall be delivered on the subsequent delivery day. Free Shipping Above 599. *Delivery Only In Pune

If you’re outside Pune, your order will be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving it and should reach you within 5-7 business days.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT I AM ORDERING IS REALLY ORGANIC?

A: Organic produce is subject to stringent monitoring and testing. You can find more reports about our certification and lab tests for us. Please ask us for all the certifications.

Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHAT I AM ORDERING IS CERTIFIED ORGANIC?

A: We undertake several initiatives to meet and surpass the set standards for organic produce and products. Our products from are certified organic.   We ensure our organic produce is sourced from certified organic farmers by NPOP or PGS Standards.

We only  promote products that use ingredients that have been grown using completely chemical-free agriculture practices if they are not certified organic

Q: IS SHIPPING FREE?

A: Pune:

Orders above ₹599/- will be delivered free of shipping fee

Orders below ₹400/- will be charged a flat fee of ₹100/-

Orders between ₹400/- to 599/- will be charged a flat fee of ₹50/-

Q: CAN I PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS OFFLINE?

A: Yes. You can visit our store in Pimple Nilakh, Near nandanwan society, Pune.
