Mash boiled green peas and add chopped onion, roasted cumin powder, red pepper flakes, salt and chat masala and use it as a stuffing for parathas.
Wash the green peas under warm water. Peel the peas from it. Use small air-tight containers or glass jars and store them in the fridge.
