Our unbleached Maida is made from organic Lokwan variety of wheat that is grown in Maharashtra. Unlike whole-wheat flour, it excludes the wheat germ and the bran. While Maida has less dietary fibre than whole-wheat, it is a useful complement to other flours, especially during baking.
