Ingredients: Roasted Cashews, Desiccated Coconut, Raw Sugar (10%), Cardamom, Saffron.
Inherently sweet cashews from Goa and Coconut is stone ground to a smooth nut butter and perfumed with Cardamom and Saffron. This will remind you of a nariyal barfi, sans those extra calories.
How To Use: To make a smoothie, blitz a heaped spoonful of nut butter in a blender along with milk or with water for a dairy free version. Top it over a toast or to a cereal bowl or use it as a dressing over cut-fruits.
