Two Brothers Organic Farms' (TBOF) - Masala Boondi - At Two Brothers, we make boondi using Harbhara Chanal Dal atta batter, deep-fried in wood-pressed Sunflower Oil. A delicious blend of spices are added to make it a tasty snack. Can be used to make Boondi raita and chaat preparations.
Ingredients
Chana Dal, Sunflower Oil, Red chilli powder, Pink Himalayan salt, Carom seeds, Cumin seeds, Kala Namak (Black salt), Dry mango powder.
Usage
Can be enjoyed as a snack as is, or can be added to chaat dishes like Bhel, dahi puri, or add to salads, Raita, or poha or upma as a topping. Healthy replacement for highly processed snacks with artificial flavours and fried in refined oil.
