Grown at our farm near Pune, our cherry tomatoes are sweet, deeply flavourful, and bursting with juice. Eat raw or simply throw them in a tray with a splash of olive oil, garlic. and herbs and roast until sweet and sticky. Then you can mix it with cooked pasta of your choice, sprinkle some cheese, and enjoy.
Cooking Tip:
Use fresh in salads, sauces, soups, or other savoury dishes. Try making your own fresh salsa by mixing chopped tomatoes, fresh onions, coriander, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt and pepper.
Storage Tip:
Delivered from our farm, so wash before cooking. Store in the fridge but bring to room temperature before eating for best flavour
