Tamarind rice, lemon rice, tomato rice, pudina rice etc are delicious dishes to use this aromatic Ajara Ghansal rice grains.
It can also be used as a good weaning food for infants as it is easily digestible. Cook it along with lentil water and mash coarsely for the little ones to understand taste with texture.
